The hotel was fairly clean and perfect, had free wi-fi. The rooms were new-fashioned and tidy, had a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets in the bathroom. It was in a historic building with magnificent view of a beautiful sunset over Southbank. The service was superb and the location was favourable and perfect! The property was set in a really comfortable area.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Southbank, nestled on a hill by the bend of the river. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to town and the vibrant South Bank area. The rooms were well-appointed, and I particularly enjoyed having a kitchenette on level 5. It was great to have the option to prepare my own meals, just as advertised. The staff were friendly and efficient, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also appreciated the included breakfast, although I would have preferred a stronger cup of coffee. the hotel offered excellent value for money and attention to detail.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

This hotel is an absolute gem! the location is incredible, nestled on a hill with picturesque views of the river. It feels like a beach getaway right in the city! Secondly, the staff here are wonderful - so friendly and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms are spacious and come with a balcony that runs the entire length. It was such a treat to relax outside and enjoy the fresh air. Plus, the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
While everything was fantastic, there is one small aspect that could be improved. The breakfast included watery coffee.

Chilled-out base for exploring Brisbane and its local attractions. Our room had a great view of the pool. The hotel's restaurant and bar were fantastic. We have stayed here before and would highly recommend it.

I loved that it was walking distance to the convention centre. Room was spacious and large balcony over looking the river. Very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of staff - particularly Jasmine who we spoke to several times during our stay:)
We were disappointed to not have a washing machine in our 1 bedroom unit as with 2 boys under 3 we didnt pack enough clothes. There was also no temperature controller to set the temp of the room.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious with a renovated kitchen and modern furnishings throughout.
The bathroom could have done with renovating, but it was clean and all worked well.

We had a great stay, undercover parking was handy and it was a great venue for our few days.
Getting rid of rubbish was a bit of an issue

The apartment we stayed in during our city trip was spacious and modern, with great views from the windows. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and enjoyed having a modern kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. The location was also great, being close to a hospital and within walking distance to Southbank.
While the apartment itself was nice, we found the noise level from outside to be disruptive at times. Traffic noise could be heard through the windows, making it difficult to sleep in.
